You’re entitled to a refund, exchange or credit under the following circumstances:

• The product is faulty.

• The product is significantly different to what was shown or described to you.

• The product is not fit for the purpose you made known to us before we supplied it to you.

Proof of purchase must be provided. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.

If your online purchase is refunded in store, your refund will be made to the original payment method, which will be refunded in cash or applied to your Credit/Debit card.

RMS Hair Extensions is happy to offer free standard delivery within Australia for orders over $80 otherwise it is a flat fee of $9.95 per order. Standard deliveries take between 3-6 business days from processing depending on location. Express shipping is temporarily not available due to COVID-19 related transport delays.
